    Well, the reviews on this site are from 07!!! It's now 2010, and Balsam is even better than ever! The food is fresh and tasty, there is a new chef (who does not eat in the kitchen!!), the wine list is the best in the Beach, and the martinis always keep me and my girls returning! I love how the menu is seasonal,and the specials are so well thought out and perfectly prepared. I highly recommend this bistro in the Beach for all it's worth...bring a date,bring the kids, girls night whatever..I have done it all there!
